Discovering Scientists

Grade: K

Students will learn about butterflies, birds, sea life, the human body, farm life, plants and flowers. The course teaches basic skills in the areas of math, science, reading and listening. Students will work in small cooperative groups at various stations for 20 minutes at a time and then transition to another task in order to maximizing the capability of the young mind. This is a great workshop for your young scientist and will help prepare them for Kindergarten.

Science for the First Time

Grades:1st

Have you ever seen raisins dance? What about a rainbow in a bowl? Come have fun with us all day long! You’ll love our fun approach to science with hands-on experiments as we become “scientists” in the classroom. You will even get to make friends with Mr. Capacity Man. He’ll help us to learn all about liquid capacity.

Subjects Covered: Biological Science, Chemistry, Ecology, Physics, and Botany.
